Appointments
Appointments can be made by phone or WhatsApp and are confirmed subject to stylist availability. Please arrive a few minutes early — late arrival may mean a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on the day's bookings. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to another client.
Consultations and patch tests
Colour, keratin, and other chemical services begin with a short consultation. For clients who are new to a chemical service, or haven't had one with us in the past year, we may ask for a patch test at least 48 hours in advance to check for any reaction before treatment.
Pricing
Prices depend on hair length, condition, and the products used, and are confirmed with you at consultation before any service begins. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Results and expectations
We'll always be upfront with you about what a service can realistically achieve, especially for colour correction or major texture changes, which can sometimes take more than one visit. Results can vary based on your hair's natural condition and history.
Payments
Payment is due at the end of your service. We accept the payment methods displayed in the studio at the time of your visit.
Photography
We may photograph finished work for our portfolio or social media. We will ask for your consent before using any image that shows your face, and you're welcome to decline.
Studio conduct
We ask all clients and staff to treat each other with courtesy and respect. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone behaving in a way that is unsafe or disrespectful toward our team or other clients.
Limitation of liability
While we take great care with every service, we are not liable for reactions to products where a recommended patch test was declined, or for concerns arising from hair history or conditions not disclosed to us in advance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
